CREATIVE
The YGP planning team is led by a creative director, copywriters, and an art director. Together, they ably perform the various functions of a creative agency. Drawing on vast data and extensive experience, we maintain a high level of quality and efficient turnaround in all of our creative endeavors. The creative team plays an increasingly important role, including developing the idea draft for almost all projects. You can trust our experts to provide quality creative consulting.

PRODUCTION
The YGP production team consists of two smaller production teams and three production teams, each of which handles its own projects. Each team contributes to the larger group according to its individual strengths, enabling higher quality output all around. In-house Director In-Ha-Soo Shim is also involved with each project from start to finish, ensuring that there is sufficient discussion and deliberation on the various issues that need to be addressed.
유브갓픽쳐스 프로덕션 팀은 2개의 제작팀과 3개의 연출팀으로 구성되어 각각의 프로젝트를 진행합니다. 각 팀별 장점을 내부 쉐어하여 상향평준화의 속도를 계속해서 높이고 있으며 특이할만한점은 인하우스 촬영감독이 함께 하고 있어 프로젝트 시작부터 끝까지 그림에대한 다양한 고민과 논의가 충분히 이뤄진다는 점입니다.
POST-PRODUCTION
Post-production is an area where we are witnessing tremendous and exciting growth potential. Through our streamlined system, we are able to ensure consistent quality as well as continued enhancement across every part of the post-production process. Our aim is maximum cross-team efficiency for the sake of an optimized, all-in-one ad production system.
